The Future of the Inkless Printer
Never did I ever imagine that one day there will be a printer that does not require any ink at all. Well Xerox is creating one and it requires no ink at all! It includes reusable paper which can be printed and erased lots of times and it also has potential to revolutionize printing! Although it is not completed yet this Xerox printer has the potential to cut printing costs dramatically and reduce the amount of paper offices have to use each day! This new printer will also be safer for the environment because it will cut the costs of ink and paper and it will help people recycle more which is a great way to help our country "Go Green".

The Inkless Printer is fantastic! The art of this idea allows society to contribute to the “Go Green” theme. We are saving trees by using less paper, saving on ink that cuts back on money and recycling the cartridges. There is nothing worse than printing a paper and the ink runs out in the middle of printing. This invention would eliminate that problem too! I am sure once this hits the market the price will be costly, but I am sure you will get your money’s worth by saving on the rest of the supplies a printer usually calls for. This idea will also hit other companies because of the competition world. I am sure there is a lot of testing that will go into this invention, because the downfall could create many problems for the consumers, such as print not being clear, low quality paper and many other little things that could hinder the quality. Overall, this idea could benefit society and science tremendously!
ReplyDeleteOne more way to go green, I love it! Our culture is really embracing the concept of conserving resources, and this is proof. We have obviously created a demand. This is an excellent way to recycle paper and save trees. We are also using less plastic by cutting down on ink cartridges. It is very innovative. I would love to see this catch on. It is a great way to save money in the long run. I am sure the initial purchase would be costly, but it would soon pay off when there is no need for paper or ink refills. I wonder what it does use instead of ink, or how exactly it works. I have so many questions!
